We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team and inspire students through the art of movement. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and ballroom. You will work with students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers, helping them develop their technique, confidence, and love for dance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance performance and instruction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and engage students in a positive learning environment. You should be able to create lesson plans, choreograph routines, and prepare students for performances, competitions, or examinations. Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to student success are essential qualities for this role.
In this role, you will also be expected to maintain a safe and inclusive studio environment, provide constructive feedback, and continuously assess student progress. You may be required to participate in studio events, recitals, and community outreach programs. Additionally, you should stay current with dance trends and techniques to ensure your teaching methods remain relevant and effective.
